A small extension or a new build development, more than likely you will need to apply for some sort of planning permission, whether it be for a permitted development application, change of use or a full planning application, we can prepare drawings and make the package and work through the process until we get a decision from the Local Authority.
Other Statutory Approvals
There are a number of other statutory applications that you are likely to need to consider before your project can start on site, from Building Regulations approval or making sure you maintain neighbourly relations with Party Wall notices, we will advise and prepare drawings accordingly and co-ordinate with others in the team to get the required permissions in place.
Technical Design Drawings
More often than not, you will have a bespoke situation which merits a little bit of technical design before the builder knows what he is building. We can produce full construction documents before getting prices from a builder to give you assurances on prices before work starts.
Getting the right builder for your project is crucial to ensure it is a success, we work with you through the tender process and aid you to getting the right team working on your project. To protect you along the way we will also get contracts in place and coordinate the process whilst on site.
Our on site services include site inspections and working with you and the builder to deliver the project on time and budget, if you change your mind as the walls go up we can co-ordinate with the builder to make sure you know what the costs are for any variations.
