A typical semi-detached property in a quiet cul-de-sac, recently puchased the customer wanted to make the house suitable for modern multigenerational living with flexible spaces so that the family could live harmoniously. We developed a solution that took advantage of the site levels and sunk the rear extension tyo the rear to maximise the space over all three levels, with secret storage nooks, and a sense of space within the kitchen that allowed for a 3.4m tall pantry, storage was no longer an issue!
