The brief for the this old office unit within the heart of Acton’s industrial estate sought to benefit from relaxation in recent planning rules that allowed for the office conversion into a residential unit.

With close collaboration with the client, a three bed room unit has been created that is sympathetic to it’s industrial setting with smooth seamless resin floors at ground floor and a double height atrium that fills the space with natural light to the rear. At first and second floor, warm tones of oak in the floors are complimented with luxury bathrooms.
