This young family came to us having been disappointed with their previous design team, having failed to get planning for the space that they needed. We went back to basics and considered options available and developed a scheme that allowed for a two storey full width rear extension to a detached property.

This was reviewed with the planners with a pre-application so that the merits could be understood before a formal submission was made, the end result was a positive decision and a large extension that gave the family everything they wanted to make it a forever home.
